Privacy Policy

The short version. Farsa does not ask who you are. There is no account, no sign-up, no ads, and no tracking or advertising software inside the app. The names you type, your games and your decks stay on your phone. The app does not send us anything: it makes no connection to a server of ours, and we receive no data from it. Purchases go through Apple.
Who we are
Farsa is made by Conecta Media LLC, 1449 S Michigan Ave #13448, Chicago, IL 60605, USA. You can reach us at contact@conectamedia.app. In this policy "we" means Conecta Media LLC.
What stays on your phone
These never leave your device, and we never receive them:
- the player names you type
- your language choices and the communities you pick in Mi mesa
- your game history, scores and settings
- custom decks you make
- which decks you have opened and which Premium deck is free this week
Deleting the app deletes all of it. The motion sensor is used on the phone to detect the tilt in charades. Its readings never leave the phone. Farsa does not use your camera, microphone, contacts, photos or location.
What the app sends to us
Nothing. The app does not connect to any server of ours. It collects no usage data, no counts and no diagnostics, and it contains no software from other companies that does. Everything it needs, including every deck, is inside the app. When you tap Report on a card, that word is hidden on your phone and nothing is sent; to ask us to remove a word for everyone, write to us.
Purchases
If you subscribe to Farsa Premium, Apple (or Google Play on Android) takes the payment. We never see your card, your Apple Account or your Google account. Apple and Google give us sales totals by country, not who bought. The app checks on your phone, through Apple or Google, whether Premium is active. See the subscription terms.
What we do not do
- We show no ads and use no advertising or analytics software, ours or anyone else's.
- We do not track you across other apps or websites, and the app never shows a tracking permission prompt.
- We do not sell or share personal information. We hold none from the app.
- We do not build profiles of players.
Where processing happens
The app works on your phone. This website is served by Cloudflare's network, which has servers around the world, and like any website it sees the network address a page request comes from. Our company is in the United States.
If you write to us
When you email support we receive your email address and your message. We use them to answer you, to handle refunds and word removals, and to keep a record that we did. We do not add you to any mailing list.
Children
Farsa is made for people 13 and older. It collects no personal information from anyone, so there is nothing about a child to find or delete. If you are a parent and have a question, write to us.
Your rights
Because the app gives us nothing about you, there is usually nothing to look up or delete beyond an email you sent us. You can still ask, and we will answer within 30 days, at contact@conectamedia.app.
- California. We do not sell or share personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of.
- European Economic Area, United Kingdom and Switzerland. You have the rights to access, correct, delete, restrict and object, and to complain to your data protection authority (in Spain, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos). For the emails you send us, our reason for using them is to answer you and to keep our legal records.
- Mexico. You can exercise your access, rectification, cancellation and opposition (ARCO) rights by writing to us. The Spanish version of this page has the aviso de privacidad.
Changes
If we change this policy, we change the date at the top. If the change matters, we say so in the app's release notes.
