Farsa

Terms of Use

Updated October 19, 2026

The short version. Farsa is for playing with friends and family. Do not copy or resell it. Premium is a subscription you can cancel any time. We keep the game fun by removing words that do not belong. Apple's standard license also applies.

1. Who provides Farsa

Farsa is provided by Conecta Media LLC, 1449 S Michigan Ave #13448, Chicago, IL 60605, USA, contact@conectamedia.app.

2. Apple's license

On iPhone and iPad, the app is licensed to you under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. These terms add rules about content, conduct and subscriptions. If they disagree with Apple's about the license to use the app, Apple's agreement wins on that point. Apple is not responsible for the app or for supporting it; we are.

3. Using Farsa

You may use Farsa for your own personal, non-commercial use, at home, at parties and wherever people play. Please do not:

4. Words, names and our content

The decks, words, hints, art and sounds belong to us or to the people who license them to us. Names of people, shows, songs, teams and brands appear in decks only as plain-text answers so people can play. They are the property of their owners, and their appearance does not mean any endorsement.

If a word is wrong, offensive or does not belong, tap Report on the card to hide it on your phone, and write to us to have it removed for everyone. We aim to review those emails within 48 hours and remove the word in the next app update.

5. Your own decks and names

Custom decks and player names you type are yours and stay on your phone. If you share a deck as text, you are responsible for what is in it.

6. Premium subscription

Farsa Premium is an auto-renewing subscription. The prices, renewal, cancellation and refund details are on the subscription terms page, which is part of these terms.

7. Changes to the app

We add and sometimes retire decks and words. Content updates arrive as signed files; new features arrive only through App Store updates. We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version.

8. No promises beyond the law

Farsa is provided as it is, to the extent the law allows. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited. To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility to you for any claim about the app is limited to what you paid us for it in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Governing law

The laws of the State of Illinois, USA, govern these terms, except that the consumer protection laws of the country where you live still apply to you. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you can also bring a claim in the courts of your country.
